Engagements

Mostly we ship products. Three things we build instead.

WPIntegrate sells software, not hours. The exception is three named engagements — a branding package and two bespoke Microsoft 365 portals — which are scoped with you before anything is delivered, and priced from the figures below.

What you buy

Two catalogues, both permanent: embeddable web components that run on any website, and a line of WordPress plugins sold through our own store. You choose it, you install it, and the price is on the page.

What you scope

The three below. Each has a defined shape and a starting figure, but what it costs and how long it takes depends on what you already have — so it begins as a conversation rather than a checkout.

The three engagements

Scoped with you

Three engagements, and what each one covers.

Each figure below is either a fixed price or the point a scope starts from, and which one it is is marked against it. Each links through to its full description in the catalogue, where the same data drives the page.

How one runs

The order it happens in

A sequence, not a schedule. How long any step takes depends on what you already have, and we would rather say that than publish a number we cannot keep.

  1. You describe the outcome

What has to be true when it is finished. The four things further down are what a first message needs; a specification is not one of them.

  2. We come back with a shape and a figure

Against one of the three above if it fits, or against what you described if it does not. Fixed stays fixed; scoped starts from the figure on this page and moves with what is actually in it.

  3. Microsoft Graph access is settled first

Managed or proxy. This is decided before anything is built rather than at the end, because the two are different architectures rather than a setting — in proxy mode Graph traffic never leaves your perimeter, and that shapes everything after it.

  4. It is built on the stack listed against it

Your Microsoft 365 tenant, your WordPress site, your SharePoint. Each engagement names what it stands on above, and what you provide is named beside it.

  5. Support has somewhere to go afterwards

Tickets are raised through the support portal at components.wpintegrate.com, the same route every plugin and component customer uses.

Before you write

What an enquiry needs in it

An engagement is scoped against what already exists, so the first message is worth more than the first meeting. Four things move it along.

  1. The outcome

What has to be true when this is finished — not which product you think does it.

  2. Where it has to appear

The site, the platform it runs on, and whether anyone else edits it.

  3. Which Microsoft 365 sources are in play

Bookings, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID, Power BI — and who administers the tenant.

  4. Whether Graph may leave your perimeter

Some organisations will not delegate Graph access to a vendor. Say so early; it changes the shape.

If what you need is a component or a plugin rather than a project, the catalogue is the faster route — the plugin line is on sale today and the component line is in pre-launch.

Tell us the outcome, not the specification.

The three engagements above are the shapes we already know how to build. If yours is a different shape, the same first message works — describe what has to be true when it is done.
