Who we are
"WPIntegrate", "we", "us" — Diverse Website Strategies LLC, a US-based company operating the wpintegrate.com brand and the dash.wpintegrate.com product platform.
What we collect
When you sign up for an account on dash.wpintegrate.com we collect:
- Your email address and name (signup)
- Billing information (handled by Polar; we never see card numbers)
- Microsoft 365 tenant identifiers (when you connect your tenant)
- Component configuration (the settings you create in the dashboard)
- Aggregate usage metrics (view counts, widget counts) for billing
End-user data flowing through your embedded components:
- Form responses are passed straight to the destination you configure — email, webhook, or a Microsoft 365 target — and no copy is kept in our systems
- A booking is written into your own Microsoft 365 as an appointment; the short-lived record we need to complete and reconcile it is deleted automatically
- Permanent storage is yours to arrange — configure an email or webhook destination for anything you need to keep
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone, ever
- We don't run advertising tags or session recording on dash.wpintegrate.com, and the embeddable components carry no third-party analytics at all. This marketing site is the exception: it runs analytics and advertising tags, and the next section says which
- We don't access your Microsoft 365 data outside of API calls explicitly triggered by your components
Analytics and advertising
The three surfaces we operate are not the same as each other, and describing them as one thing is how a privacy policy ends up wrong. Taking them separately:
On wpintegrate.com (this marketing site). Production pages load:
- Google Tag Manager — a tag container. Its contents are configured in Google's interface rather than in our source code, so any tag loaded through it receives data from your visit to this site.
- Google Ads — conversion measurement for our own advertising.
- Google Analytics 4 — traffic measurement. Page views, the pages you reach them from, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the browser and device you are using.
They all load on your first page view, before you have interacted with anything. This site does not currently present a consent banner, and these tags are not gated behind one. If we introduce one, this section will say what it controls.
We do not use session replay on this site. Nothing we load records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, or keystrokes.
On dash.wpintegrate.com and the API behind it. We use:
- PostHog — product analytics, on the signed-in dashboard and on our own servers. It sees a user id, your email address, your account id, and the events that make up the signup and configuration funnel. A few events are sent from our servers rather than your browser — checkout completion, the first live view of a component you have embedded, and trial expiry — because no browser of yours is present when those happen. We do not use PostHog session replay.
The dashboard is signed-in territory governed by our terms, so these events are not gated behind a cookie banner. Support for Google Analytics 4 exists in the dashboard code and is switched off in production; we note it here so the record is complete.
Inside the embedded components. Nothing. The bundles your visitors load contain no third-party analytics, no session recording, and no advertising SDK. We count component views on our own servers to enforce plan limits, which is a count of our API being called and builds no profile of anybody.
Cookies
On dash.wpintegrate.com: session cookies for authentication. No advertising cookies.
On wpintegrate.com (this site): the tags described above load on your first page view and set cookies and equivalent browser storage, as can any other tag configured inside the Google Tag Manager container. For a breakdown of the cookies set on a particular visit, ask through our contact form.
Your rights
GDPR / CCPA: you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data through our contact form. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when policy changes occur. Material changes will be notified via dashboard banner and email to account owners.
